LAWYER / ATTORNEY (F/M/D) TO SUPPORT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF OUR AUSTRIAN OFFICE

With our innovative legal service model, we are expanding Europe-wide and want to establish a branch office in Vienna as our first non-German location. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a LAWYER / ATTORNEY (F/M/D) to support the establishment of our Australian office.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
- Supporting the establishment of our first Austrian location - at first remotely, in the long term mainly from our office in Vienna.
- Short- and medium-term support of German colleagues (m/f/d), long-term takeover of specific Austrian issues.
- Consultation and support of our clients on questions in the areas of:
- Data protection
- Compliance
- Contract law
- Labour law
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed law degree is required
- Passing the bar exam is desirable
- Professional experience in a company in the areas of , contract law, data protection or labour law is desirable, committed newcomers (f/m/d) are also welcome.
- High affinity for legal tech services
- Experience in a law firm as well as initial experience in legal project management is preferable, but not a must.
- Very good German and English skills
- Motivation, flexibility and strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and service mentality
WE OFFER
At CLARIUS.LEGAL, you can expect versatile tasks in a rapidly developing business field and an equally forward-looking company. The minimum salary for this position in full-time is EUR 39,900 p.a. We offer overpayment based on relevant experience and qualifications. In keeping with an agile start-up working atmosphere, flexibility is also a matter of course for us when it comes to working conditions. Whether remote work, home office, full or part-time models - we will find the right contract conditions for you!
