At the earliest possible date, we are looking for LAWYERS / LEGAL PROFESSIONALS (F/M/D) WITH A FOCUS ON DATA PROTECTION / COMPLIANCE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
Advice on data protection law
Advice in the area of compliance
Review of facts and circumstances with regard to compliance and data protection requirements
Preparation and review of TOMs, data protection impact assessments, data protection statements, etc.
Preparation and review of order processing agreements
Representation of our clients in disputes in and out of court
Maintenance and expansion of client contact
Contact person (f/m/d) for the competent supervisory authorities
Conducting data protection audits using our legal tech tools
Conducting training courses
If necessary, assuming the function of external data protection officer
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed law studies (2nd state examination is desirable) or comparable degree
- Ideally admission to the bar
- Professional experience is desirable
- Affinity for legal tech services
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Motivation, flexibility and strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment and desire to work proactively and independently
- Willingness to travel and service mentality
- Certification as a data protection officer (f/m/d) is a plus
