At the earliest possible date, we are looking for LAWYERS / LEGAL PROFESSIONALS (F/M/D) WITH A FOCUS ON CONTRACT LAW
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
Hands-on advice and support of our clients in all areas of commercial law such as general civil law, contract law, labor law, corporate law
Contract drafting and review
Representation of our clients in disputes in and out of court
Execution of bankruptcy proceedings
Auditing and optimization of legal processes in our client companies, e.g. through standardization and digitalization of internal procedures
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed law studies (2nd state examination is desirable) or comparable degree
- Ideally admission to the bar
- Professional experience is desirable
- Affinity for legal tech services
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Motivation, flexibility and strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment and desire to work proactively and independently
- Willingness to travel and service mentality
