We contact each service provider and request answers to our questions within one month using an online questionnaire. We evaluate and rate the responses. In our Vendor Audit Tool, each service provider has its own account to make and save changes at any time. - Analysis and results
You will receive an analysis and the result of the audit from us. It may also include recommendations with measures you should implement and advice for contract negotiations with your service providers.
