We developed the intelligent document analysis IDA with our software partner MORESOPHY. This AI-assisted analysis software stands out because of “Deep Context” – real comprehension of human language in semantics and context. The software is pre-trained on a billion documents and from this has learned comprehension of 10 million words in 43 thematic areas.

CLARIUS.LEGAL offers IDA for due diligence support as well as various contract analyses. IDA analyses documents automatically, quickly and precisely according to predefined and individually customised parameters.

Efficient, AI-assisted document
analysis for due diligence

SITUATION

As part of a due diligence audit during a company acquisition, the target’s contracts in particular need to be analysed. They must first be reviewed for their thematic relevance and their volume; then a red flag report will be generated.

SOLUTION

CLARIUS.LEGAL helps digitise all contracts if necessary. The digitised contracts are read and analysed by the AI-assisted software. They are automatically classified into risk categories according to predefined parameters, and a report is generated. The CLARIUS.LEGAL lawyers review particularly high-risk contracts and, depending on requirements, develop necessary measures or support the internal legal department with the evaluation of the risk classification.
