RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching leads
  • Maintenance of contact and company data in CRM HubSpot
  • Support with customer mailings and customer events
  • Support in the preparation of offers
  • Researching market information
  • Documentation of business processes and product descriptions
  • Onboarding new clients to our legal tech solutions e.g. setting up client accounts
  • Marketing and sales support in relation to CL-Solutions
  • Support of marketing campaigns and sales actions (participant follow-up) for CL-Solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ongoing or paused studies, preferably in the field of economics or law
  • Hands-on mentality and reliability
  • Very good German and at least good English skills
  • Experience with MS Office applications is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • Experience in the legal field is not a prerequisite, but helpful
  • You are interested in software and IT processes that make people's lives easier
