A practical example: This is how the Digital Reporting Office HinSchG can support you.
A group of companies, consisting of several capital management companies operating throughout Europe, decided to completely outsource its internal reporting office in order to fulfil the requirements of the HinSchG and GDPR.
In close co-operation with the compliance officer of the holding company, CLARIUS.LEGAL developed individual agreements with the subsidiaries to act as a reporting office. Some subsidiaries decided to outsource their internal reporting office completely, while in other cases our lawyers act as part of the internal reporting office of an existing compliance department. This solution ensures compliance with legal requirements and promotes efficient collaboration between the companies within the Group.
