DR. ERNST GEORG BERGERCEO & Attorney
Dr Ernst Georg Berger founded CLARIUS.LEGAL in 2015 with the aim of combining legal quality with the dynamism and efficiency of an alternative legal service provider. Since then, he has managed the company as a member of the Management Board and CEO.
Dr Ernst Georg Berger has many years of in-house experience. As a legal advisor, he worked for international telecommunications companies, in particular at the interface between regulation, contract and antitrust law.
NILS OBERSCHELPCo-CEO & Attorney
As a board member and co-CEO, Nils Oberschelp is primarily responsible for legal tech, sales, marketing, IT and finance.
Nils Oberschelp is a lawyer and has been a board member of CLARIUS.LEGAL since 2023. He has more than twenty-five years of management experience in the media and digital business and has worked as CEO in various Gruner + Jahr companies such as DPV Deutscher Pressevertrieb GmbH, Motor Presse Stuttgart and Delius Klasing Verlag.
