Responsibilities

  • Advice on commercial law issues such as general civil law, contract law, labour law, company law and/or data protection and compliance
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Representing our clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes
  • Auditing and optimising our clients' internal legal processes, e.g. by standardising and digitalising their processes
  • Application of our legal tech tools, for example in data protection audits
  • Maintaining and expanding client contact
  • Carrying out training courses
  • Communicating with the relevant supervisory authorities

Your Profile

  • Completed law studies (2nd state examination is desirable) or comparable degree
  • Ideally admission to the bar
  • Relevant professional experience is very welcome
  • Experience in legal project management and the management of employees (f/m/d) is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Motivation, flexibility and strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability and accuracy even with a high workload
  • Commitment and desire to work proactively and independently
  • Willingness to travel and service mentality
