CLARIUS.LEGAL Rechtsanwaltsaktiengesellschaft (CLAG), a leading law firm in the field of legal services, continues its successful growth strategy and announces the acquisition of janolaw GmbH – an experienced provider of digital legal services. janolaw offers user-friendly solutions such as contract generators, legal documents and comprehensive online advice that enable clients to overcome legal challenges efficiently and securely.

CLAG has so far addressed medium-sized and large companies. It offers managed legal services and legal outsourcing services. These services are often technologically supported by its own legal tech applications. With janolaw, CLAG is expanding its offering to include small companies and the self-employed. These services are primarily software products that provide legal support. In combination with janolaw, CLAG will therefore offer a range of services from tech-assisted legal services to legal-assisted tech solutions.
