Dr Andreas Pagiela studied law in Bochum, specialising in commercial law, and completed his studies with the 2nd state examination. In 2007, he completed his doctorate on the topic: “The principle of fair trial in the system of international human rights protection systems”. He then worked as a lawyer in various law firms, as legal counsel for various companies and as a university lecturer.
