For the new Group-wide Human Resources department that is to be created, we are looking for an HR manager (f/m/d) with strong implementation skills who will work with us to shape the future.

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the independent operational implementation of all HR topics
- Management of all HR administrative processes including payroll accounting and the preparation and administration of the HR budget
- Responsibility for recruiting and HR marketing
- Establishment and development of the HR department with at least one additional position
- Advice and support for the Executive Board / management level on HR-related issues
- Implementation of HR projects, including with regard to promoting a Group-wide sense of unity and optimising internal processes
- HR development, training, etc.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in HR administration, payroll and recruiting
- High flexibility and willingness to work at our locations (greater Frankfurt am Main and Hamburg area)
- Empathetic personality with strong communication skills
- Strong in implementation, resilient and motivated to actively support the Group companies
- If possible, experience with Personio and DATEV
- Nach Möglichkeit Erfahrung mit Personio und DATEV
- Knowledge of labour and social security law is desirable
- Ideally experience with post-merger integration
