RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of information in documentation, presentations and reports
  • Monitoring deadlines and schedules
  • (Digital) file management
  • Communication with clients, authorities and courts
  • Preparatory accounting in cooperation with the Head of Office Management
  • Office organisation in the form of appointment coordination, travel planning and booking, logistical organisation and drafting of decision papers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed training as a legal assistant (f/m/d) or comparable qualification
  • Ideally first professional experience, committed beginners (f/m/d) are also welcome
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office applications and language skills in English are desirable
  • Strong communication skills, absolute reliability and a friendly and professional demeanour are expected
  • Enjoying work and dealing with customers and colleagues in an approachable, service-oriented manner
  • Organisational talent
